Hey!! I’m Rachel. Pumped you’re here!! I lost 80 pounds after I had my son and now help other moms get their bodies back!
Obsessed with: adventure, champagne, chocolate, and yoga pants.
I didn’t grow up eating healthy. I honestly had no clue how to eat right. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. I baked cakes (and ate way too many of them), drank Venti Frappuccinos, ate frosting from the can…well, you get the picture. The only thing that prevented me from becoming seriously overweight was that I was very active.
Fast forward to when I got pregnant…and I was hungry and ended up gaining 65 pounds—yikes! I lost 65 pounds in 5 months, and another 15 pounds a couple of months later.
I’m so excited to share everything that I’ve learned on my fitness journey so YOU can feel energetic, and confident in your skin.
Hi! My name is Meg and I am a newlywed travel junkie who has a passion for health, wellness, and helping others truly find their passion and live their life to the freakin fullest!
I used to be a classic “yo-yo dieter” and had an all or nothing mentality which made feel like I was ALWAYS falling off the bandwagon on the weekends.
In 2016 I introduced flexible dieting into my life and it’s truly helped me find that “balance” we all strive for and fit in “fun foods” while still reaching my fitness goals and focusing on overall health.
I want to help other women realize they CAN get into the best shape of their lives without gadgets or quick fixes, and have a healthy LIFESTYLE while still having fun.

"I. Feel. Amazing!!! I won't get on the scale or measure myself until the end of our 21 days, but I can already see changes in my body and the way my clothes are fitting.
It has been a very busy week at my job, so I've had to fit in more snacks than originally anticipated, but I've still been under in my calories (when the workouts and activity are factored in) and my macros have been balanced at or almost where they're supposed to be. I will experiment with new recipes next week, but I am loving the way I feel so far.

But they were on sale so I was like these are my motivation jeans! Well, yesterday while getting ready to go to my son’s field day I tried them on. They were loose and I had to wear a belt with them!
